We only use primal leg cuts from quality beef, lamb and pork, such as Yearling Rumps, Silver-sides, Topsides, and Knuckles (Rounds).
Tasmania is consistently producing top quality meats which rates along side any in the world. We cook our meats to perfection in our wood-fire oven, ensuring that natural juices are sealed thus producing mouth watering and juicy tasting roasts. Nothing beats a traditional roast. Our meats are hand selected from prime growing areas in Tasmania, All of our meats are hormone and antibiotic free.
